Kind words from King's Scholars Programme
Below are some kind words shared about our students by Eleanor Milne, the Widening Participation Senior Officer for the King's Scholars Programme.
On Wednesday the 5th of October, we welcomed the Year 8 Cohort from Notre Dame, to take part in our Design a University Programme as a part of our 3 year Kings Scholars Programme. The students explored different university subjects and focused on subject specialism, studying abroad, whilst also developing their metacognitive skills.
The whole cohort were fantastic throughout the day and a credit to Notre Dame, with their being some amazing projects, posters, and presentations to represent their efforts. However, there was four students that we thought stood out on the day for their phenomenal efforts, attitude, and contributions throughout the day.
These students were:
Princess Okoma
Praise Ajala
Esther Imohimi
Daniella Kwashie
Please can the students mentioned be rewarded accordingly at school.
We look forward to working with this group and the other Notre Dame cohorts soon.
