Building Schools for the Future
Notre Dame has been involved in the BSF process for over 5 years and we are now beginning to see what will be achieved.
The main focus of the process is to create :
a) A new year 7 area with 5 classrooms, an individualised learning area and two offices.
b) A new dining area
c) A new reception area
d) Increased accessibility
e) Improved circulation
f) A new music area
The new building is being designed at present as you will see from the diagrams. The exterior design of the building is in progress and the interior parts are in the main fixed but the dining room and kitchen areas are not finished.
We are hoping that the building works will start in August 2011 and will be finished in July 2013.
