Sr Magdalen's Book Launch 2016
24 Hour Sponsored Silence:
Over 60 pupils got involved. Our day was a rather quiet one here at Notre Dame. Million Minutes is a Catholic charity enabling youth action and advocacy activities that give voice and support to young people (aged up to 25) to transform their lives and their world. That's because young people's energy and vibrancy is astonishing. We have faith in young people. We see a world in which young people enable the transformation needed for everyone to live a life of dignity.
We will let you know as soon as the money has been counted!
Notre Dame Schools commemorate Sister Dorothy Stang
A recent project includes the production of a video showing that the memory of Sr. Dorothy Stang is alive for students today in the school settings. In Britain, Notre Dame schools remember Sr. Dorothy in specific places named for her.
Please see our Eco Challenges; these small acts can bring about great love towards our environment.
Celebrating 50 Years of Consecrated Life
Year 10 pupils interviewed Sr. Rosemary in October 2015 about her vocation of Holy Orders to mark her 50th year as a Sister of Notre Dame.
