Commemorating 200 Years of St. Julie’s death and Legacy
The RE department have been delivering lessons on St. Julie’s legacy. We have been thinking about what St. Julie would make of life in 2016 by thinking through everyday scenarios and asking ourselves ‘What would St. Julie Do?’
Pupils will wear silicone wristbands if they wish to be reminded as they go about their challenging and busy lives in the 21st century with the letters WWSJD.
We are also working on a display for the school to mark this momentous year.
We have also received ‘Flat Julie’ from our sister school in Liverpool as part of their preparations to mark St. Julie’s legacy of 200 years. See their website for images of where ‘Flat Julie’ has been on her travels so far.
